The Role:

We are looking for an AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience who is passionate about building intelligent systems and applying machine learning to real-world problems. You will work on designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that improve products, automate processes, and deliver data-driven insights. 

In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data teams to transform ideas into scalable AI applications. 

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop machine learning and AI models for real-world applications 

• Build and deploy AI-powered services and APIs for production environments 

• Work with large datasets to train, evaluate, and optimize ML models 

• Implement data pipelines and preprocessing workflows 

• Integrate AI models into existing applications and backend systems 

• Experiment with deep learning, NLP, and computer vision techniques when applicable 

• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-driven product features 

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles 

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn 

• Experience with data processing and analysis using Pandas, NumPy, and related tools 

• Understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and optimization techniques 

• Experience deploying models using REST APIs or cloud services 

• Familiarity with Git, software development best practices, and version control 

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with LLMs, NLP frameworks, or generative AI technologies 

• Familiarity with LangChain, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) 

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud 

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps pipelines 

• Experience with big data tools such as Spark or distributed systems 

Responsibilities:
